Safe Driving Program Coming Walt Disney World Speedway
The Richard Petty Driving Experience will be hosting the Save Driving Program at the Walt Disney World Speedway from September 29th to 30th. The program attempts to prevent or reduce highway crashes in high-risk young drivers. The program takes students into six compromising driving situations in a controlled environment with professional driving instructors coaching the students in what to do. Some of the exercises include skid control, braking skills, crash avoidance, two-wheels-off, tailgating, distracted driving, vehicle maintenance and impaired driving. The event costs between $329 to $399 per person.
