Walt Disney World has increased security at Downtown Disney. The goal is to keep unwanted teens, and young adults out of Downtown Disney. Extra security will be handled by off duty Orange County deputies. Disney security and deputies will be handing out trespasses notices and have all ready barred around 50 people from coming on Disney property again. Those that choose to come back on Disney property can be arrested.

Disney and Sherriff officials stated that the crack down has been in the planning process for the past couple of weeks and is not broad concern, rather than a one or two incidents. "A ganglike presence was unfortunately identified at Downtown Disney. And that is not going to be tolerated," Disney World spokeswoman Jacquee Polak said Thursday. "So additional deputies were pro actively assigned to patrol the area and that's going to go on as long as is needed."
