Wild Rumor: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique coming to Magic Kingdom?

We've heard a wild rumor that the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (where little girls can go for a princess make over) is coming to Cinderella Castle where the Heraldry shop is now. Not sure if this would be in addition to or instead of the one currently at Downtown Disney.
